INTRODUCTION
We provide all Boom Lifts include both diesel and electric driven models, with the primary feature being the highly flexible and convenient. Their articulation and rotation in particular allows this type of work platform to out-maneuver various obstacles and work at several points without the need to reposition the base.
With a wide operating range, high efficiency and large load capacity, numerous technical innovations have been incorporated into the design so that the product boasts high-level safety, reliability and operability. Both telescopic and articulated articulating Boom Lifts are widely used for plant installation and maintenance, venue construction and maintenance, construction engineering, large-scale warehousing, aviation and aerospace industry applications, airports and harbors, urban utilities and gardening, curtain wall engineering and more.
FEATURES
1. The machine can adapt to the specific working environment of the shipyard, it means,can work in humid, corrosive, dusty, high temperature and low temperature environments.
2 . The work platform can safely walk when the boom is in any position; the walking speed decreases with the increase of the lifting height.
3.Equipped with upper and lower consoles (ground console and platform console), and the upper and lower consoles are converted using directional switches. When using the upper control, lock the lower console.
4. The lower console indicates the temperature, oil pressure and water temperature of the diesel engine oil.
5. Equipped with a device to prevent the engine from restarting while running.
6. The boom has stable telescopic, variable amplitude, and rotary operation, and is equipped with a buffer device.
7. The telescopic, variable amplitude, rotary, and platform walking of the boom are all controlled by electronic hydraulic proportional control, which can achieve stepless speed regulation.
8 . Reliable brakes should be installed for platform walking and boom rotation to ensure reliable control on slopes and during operation. Install manual rotation lock and release travel brake function to facilitate platform traction.
9 . When the platform is walking, if one wheel is vacated, it can walk only by the other driving wheel through the distribution valve.
10. When the angle of the working arm is above the horizontal plane or the extension of the telescopic arm is more than 1.2 meters, there is a limit to the walking speed of the vehicle.
11. Boom telescoping, luffing, turning and platform walking can perform multiple tasks at the same time.
12. The working bucket has an automatic leveling function, and the inclination angle of the working bucket relative to the horizontal plane cannot exceed 1.5°.
13. Both the upper and lower control consoles are equipped with emergency stop buttons, which can quickly turn off the engine and prevent the platform from continuing to move in case of unexpected situations during operation.
14.The platform should be equipped with a foot switch, which can only be operated by pressing it.
15.Equipped with a 24V auxiliary power device, it can safely lower the worktable to the ground in case of engine or main oil pump failure.
16. Equipped with a torque limiter to control the working range of the working bucket, and limit the extension and angle of the working arm when the working range is reached, so as to ensure the stability of the whole vehicle.
17. The digital double-sensing detection circuit detects parameters such as length and angle in a timely manner, and dynamically reflects the working status of the boom. When one of the loops fails, the other loop can still complete the detection of all parameters.
18. The working bucket has a weighing function to accurately detect the platform load, regardless of the position of the load on the platform. It should have more than two load capacities, and different loads allow different operating ranges. When the load on the platform exceeds the allowable maximum load under the corresponding amplitude state, it should be able to display and alarm and limit the movement of the platform, so as to ensure the strength of the working bucket and the connecting parts of the working bucket and the safety of work.
19. Equipped with automatic transmission, alarm, and cut-off functions: When the working amplitude reaches or exceeds 80% of the corresponding allowable amplitude, all action speeds will automatically decrease and be accompanied by a buzzer and flashing alarm. The closer the amplitude is to the maximum limit, the lower the working speed, and the faster the buzzer sounds. When the working range reaches 100% of the maximum allowable range, all movements towards the dangerous direction will automatically stop.
20. The engine throttle control should have three speeds. When there is no action for a long time, the engine will automatically reduce to low idle speed to meet the energy saving requirements.
21. When the machine is parked on a ground with an unevenness exceeding 5°, the movement of the boom will be restricted.
22. When the equipment is moving and rotating, it will emit an audible and visual alarm.
23. Adopting PLC and CAN bus control methods to simplify the circuit and facilitate maintenance and repair. Adopting metal air defense plugs, with a protection level of IP65.
24.The engine intake system adopts closed dual stage filtration, which is suitable for working in dusty environments; And maintenance is convenient.
25. Both the upper and lower consoles should be protected by protective covers.
26. There are dust-proof and sand-proof devices at the boom head, oil cylinder piston rod, etc.
27. The hydraulic pump has automatic pressure compensation and load sensing functions to ensure that the oil pump and engine will not be damaged due to overload.
28.Equipped with an automatic shutdown device to prevent engine overheating and low hydraulic oil pressure.
29. Install a safety valve on the hydraulic circuit to prevent abnormal pressure rise in hydraulic components.
30. Each oil cylinder is equipped with a balance valve or hydraulic lock to ensure that the oil cylinder will not move automatically, and the connection between the oil cylinder and the balance valve and hydraulic lock is rigid.
31. Hydraulic components and control components are imported brand products with high reliability.
32. The towline mechanism adopts sleeve-type patented technology, the sleeve is made of surface-treated aluminum alloy profiles, and the towline is made of high-strength engineering plastics resistant to marine climates, adapting to harsh working environments.
33. There are hoisting ring positions on the bottom frame and turntable for easy hoisting.
